Retrieve a Copy of Your Report
Every report carries its own code, printed on the cover and again on the closing page. It looks like TUR39-2611-X7K2.
Enter that code and the email address you bought with, and a fresh copy of your report will be emailed to that address, free, always, usually within the hour. Reissues never cost anything; a file going missing should not mean your reading is gone.
The copy is only ever sent to the email address on the original order.
No code on your report? A few earlier reports went out before report codes began. If yours is one of them, send me a note through the Contact page with the name and email from your order, and I will find it by hand.
