Terms & Conditions · Mystical Marvels From Within

Section 01

Governing Agreement

By accessing this website and purchasing services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Legal Disclaimer. These documents together constitute the full agreement between you and Mystical Marvels From Within.

Section 02

Eligibility — Adults 18 and Older

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a reading or report from Mystical Marvels From Within, and anyone receiving a reading — including gift recipients — must also be 18 or older. By booking, you confirm that everyone the reading is for is an adult. All readings and reports are for reflection and entertainment: they map patterns and possibilities, not fixed futures, and never replace professional legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

Section 03

Booking and Fees

Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our digital storefront.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate sessions at our sole discretion if a client exhibits abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

Section 04

Cancellation, Late Arrivals & Refunds

Situation	Policy
Client cancels 24+ hours in advance	Full refund or credit issued
Client cancels less than 24 hours in advance	No refund — credit may be issued at practitioner's discretion
Late arrival (15+ min to live session)	Session forfeited without refund
Reading delivered (email, video, or live)	100% non-refundable — service fully rendered

Once a tarot reading has been performed and delivered — whether live or via email, video, or PDF — the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.

Section 05

Subscription Cancellation — Monthly Subscription

The Monthly Subscription is a recurring monthly subscription billed automatically through PayPal. The following terms apply specifically to subscription clients, in addition to Section 04 above.

How to cancel: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time directly through your PayPal account, under Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.
Effect of cancellation: Canceling stops all future monthly billing. It does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle already paid for.
Access after cancellation: You retain full access to any remaining live sessions and priority support through the end of the billing period already paid for. Access does not end immediately upon cancellation.
No partial-month refunds: Because sessions and support are made available at the start of each billing cycle, no prorated or partial refunds are issued for early cancellation mid-cycle.

Canceling your subscription ends future billing, not your current access. You're welcome to use everything remaining in your current billing period, and to return to the mentorship in the future.

You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit any content provided without explicit written consent from the practitioner.
